Refund, return and exchange policy

We are a family owned and operated business.

As these are service products, the amounts paid will be refunded or returned according to the following rules.

1 - If the person gives up the product / service within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment of the registration fee considering the period stipulated in article 49 of the consumer law code 8078/90

2 - The deadline for return or refund after the consumer's request is up to 7 calendar days if it has been paid by bank slip. If paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to the billing card by the billing platform, always in the month following the date of the request and depending on the closing date of the client's credit card bill. If the customer's credit card invoice is already closed for the refund, this refund will be effective in up to 2 (two) months.

3 - If the customer gives up on the purchase of physical products sent within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the same where the request was made within the same period of 7 (seven) calendar days, the customer must return by mail the same product in the same condition it receives, unused and including its packaging in perfect condition. After confirmation of the product return by Palk Entertainment, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid according to item 2 (two) mentioned above. If the product is returned with any damage, the amount paid will not be returned to the customer.

4 - In the event of a physical product exchange, the purchased product must be sent to Palk Entertainment at the address at the bottom of this website within 7 days from the date of receipt. Upon return, the customer must send the product in the same condition it received, including its packaging. You must also send a letter explaining the reason for requesting the exchange. The exchange of the product will only be done if a factory defect is found. The company is not responsible for the loss of shipping products or handling by the post office to deliver them.

5 - Freight charges are not refunded.

6 - If the customer gives up on the purchase of services delivered only by digital means, where the request for the return has been made within a period of up to 7 calendar days from the date of payment of the same, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid in accordance with item 2 (two) mentioned above.

8 - The amounts paid will not be used for other services / products that the customer wants to hire / buy

9 - The amounts paid will not be returned or refunded if the customer gives up on the product / service after the period of 7 calendar days from the date of payment and / or also if the product, service or guidelines / instructions have already been sent to the customer through any means of communication (e-mails, messages in applications or letters).
