Delivery policy

We are a family owned and operated business.

We use multiple delivery services, so the delivery time may vary according to the product or service purchased and / or the customer's region.

In case of purchase of physical products, the freight can vary between 5 (five) days and 20 (twenty) working days after the payment confirmation date. If the delivery of the physical product is not completed on the first attempt, there will be two more delivery attempts. After the third attempt, if the product is not delivered, the physical product will be available to the customer for a period of 30 calendar days to be picked up at the company or reshipped by mail as long as a new freight charge is paid by the customer. After the 30-day period after the third delivery attempt, the product will return to stock.

In the case of digital products, delivery is made electronically within 3 working days after the date and payment confirmation if made by bank slip. If payment has been made by credit card, the customer will receive the digital product within 1 (one) business day after confirmation of payment.
